Thuy Nga Design provides bespoke, made-to-measure, custom-made, alteration, styling, and fashion design services.

Orders are subject to the following conditions:

• Fabric and material availability.
• Production capacity and appointment availability.
• Accurate measurements provided by the customer.
• Customer attendance at scheduled fittings.
• Approval of the design, quotation, and production timeline.
• Payment of the required deposit.

Because each custom-made garment is created according to individual measurements and specifications, slight differences in colour, texture, print placement, embroidery, or hand-finishing may occur.

Colours shown on digital screens may differ slightly from the actual fabric due to lighting, photography, and device display settings.

Thuy Nga Design reserves the right to decline an order where:

• The requested design cannot be produced safely or professionally.
• The required fabric or material is unavailable.
• The requested completion time is not feasible.
• The design infringes intellectual property rights.
• The customer provides incomplete information or fails to make the required payment.

Customers under the age of 18 should place orders with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
